the Windows user home directory.

Uploaded new patch file which includes code to retrive the different
Windows shell folders. This will allow the RDF bookmark datasource to
correctly retrive the IE favourites folder instead of guessing it.
I've applied your diffs and shall check them in as soon as the tree turns green.

Changes checked in. I modified them somewhat, to eliminate some duplicated code.
i checked the tree and the patch has been applied. the ie bookmarks folder
is correctly identified on my windows NT box on build 1999-06-29-09 and
many builds prior. the favorites don't exactly work, but that's a different bug.

Bulk moving to XPCOM, in preparation for removal of XP File Handling component.
(XPFH has received two bugs in ~5 months, and is no longer in active use.)
