build id: 19999042608 reproduces on: mac os 8.5.1, red hat linux 5.1 only (windows works fine) if you go to the url in this bug report, you will see a textarea with a lot of text in it. however, on the mac and on linux, you can't scroll down to read all of it. there are no scrollbars. expected result: scrollbars should be present.
