If last menu item is a submenu, then you get double menus

Apprunner, Linux.
The first time you look at Debug|XPToolkit, the menus get doubled-up.
Moving the mouse to other submenus and then back to XPToolkit
seems to fix this.

Ah! it also happens for View|Character Set.
So it looks like if the last menu item has submenus,
you see this behavior.
