Tested 4-28-09 Win32 build under Window 95J. The under line for LINK is displayed in the middle of the Japanese characters instead of the buttom of the Japanese characters. The Japanese font is displayed under Win95J is little different from the one under Winnt 4.0J.

I'm using windows true type fonts in linux and mozilla underlines them right through the middle of the characters so they look crossed out. Possibly the same thing happening here?

When going to the quoted URL: http://home.netscape.com/ja ...I get correctly underlined text. Attaching screenshot. Does that mean that this bug is fixed?
