Details
local mail sub folders won't load messages.
The problem is in nsLocalUtils.cpp in nsLocalURI2Path()
We used to append .sdb to any non leaf in the URI when creating the path, but
that code has been re-written.
mailbox://tintin/foo/bar/cheese needs to map to
/u/sspitzer/nsmail/foo.sbd/bar.sbd/cheese

Works on 5_3 Linux build. About to reboot in Win and check fixes for this and 3
other M5 blockers, and will then mark as appropriate.
