DESCRIPTION: Mouseover on the "Alerts" button after dragging out the side-frame causes a wierd graphical glitch. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Start apprunner (I started it from a DOS box). 2. Drag out frame on the left-hand side of the window. You do not have to drag it out far, but the further you drag it out, the better you will be able to see the glitch. In fact, you don't need to drag it out at all, but if you don't drag it out the bug becomes less visible. 3. Run your mouse pointer over the "Alerts" button repeatedly. ACTUAL RESULTS A new vertical scrollbar appears in the middle of the "Bookmarks" section of the window, and the horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the "Alerts" section becomes briefly shortened. EXPECTED RESULTS I'm not sure what "Alerts" does at this point in time, but I'm quite sure that it's *not* a disguised "Cause graphics glitch now" button... =) BUILD DATE 4/28/1999, Build No. 1999042808, Using Win95 ver 4.00.1111

Verified fixed using 6.1.99 [9:00 AM] Mac OS build, and 6.2.99 Win32 & Linux builds. In particular, I'm assuming that "Alerts" was replaced by "Flashes", and I can no longer reproduce any display horkage. (Okay, mousing over the button on Linux results in the scroll bars re-drawning, but that's minor.) Thus, marking as verified. Please re-open with your comments if you believe there may still be any remaining issues.
