Details

Version:Apprunner. Build:April 29th (1999042908) Platform: All Expected Results:The I beam cursor should move it position based on the arrow key that is pressed. For example, The I-beam cursor should move one character to the left when the left arrow key on keyboard is pressed. What I got: When I press the any one of the arrow keys, the cursor remains in same location. Steps to reproduce: 1) Open Appruner and select Editor from the Tasks menu. 2) Position the I beam cursor in a sentence. 3) Press left or right arrow key. The cursor doesn't move from it's original location.

yes i regressed this myself for the time being. i will fix this soon
OS field should probably be changed to all. I have this exact problem in Windows 95. In all fields (including this one)
Severity: normal → major
OS: Mac System 8.5 → Windows 95
Oh, I forgot... I am running Windows 95 Mozilla M5-fullcircle build ID 1999050423. And I would like to rise the severity to major since writing in all text forms (not only Task->Editor) INCLUDING this and the main location (between Stop and Print button), and since it is so frequent - I have been bitten by this one a dosen times only while writing this bug report... Note: it affects all other movement buttons too (Insert, Delete, Home, End, PageUp, PageDown) (I try to change OS to Win95, cannot test any other, and severity myself)

Oded: this is a very old bug, so please file a new bug for the regression instead of reopening this one.
