This is a dup of bug 3247, filed in February 1999.
Frank: FYI, unless you have a need for a particular feature to be implemented,
there is not much point filing a bug for each missing CSS feature. There are
plenty of missing features, we'll get to them after dealing with all the bugs
that our current CSS features have! :-)
Pierre: Please correct me if I'm wrong and you _do_ want RFEs for each major
feature of CSS.

Right, Ian: we don't need any more bugs about missing CSS2 features. I think you
already have all the data, including comparisons between browsers. We'll triage
all that after we ship.

The problem is I don't know which CSS2 features is in and which one is out.
Unless someone show me an IN/OUT list, I have to assume all the feature is IN
and file bug untill I got confirmed it is in the OUT. I want to make sure what
we intend to implement does implement correctly.
