Description: Location Bar border changes color on restoring window from minimized state to normal state. Product: Seamonkey [Apprunner] build: 04-29-08. Platform: PC. OS: Win-95. Steps to Reproduce: 1] Open application apprunner. 2] If window size is bigger [Covering your whole screen], then make it smaller by clicking middle button of three buttons at upper right corner of the window. If window is smaller, leave it smaller. [Since this bug can not be found in bigger window.] 3] Note border color of the location bar. 4] Then minimize the window, by clicking leftmost button of three buttons at upper right corner of the window. 5] Leave it like that for 2-3 seconds. 6] Restore the window again by clicking on that window. You'll see border color of location bar is changed to different color. Expected Results: Border color of location bar should remain same. Actual Results: Border color of location bar changes.
