currently the demo is for a message on news.mcom.com that's won't work too well for those on the outside world.

fixed and checked it. esther: I've also remove those "."'s that sent me an email about. (View | Sort | by ...) and (Communicator | Addressbook)
Verified all items Seth mentions on Linux 1999_05_03_08 build. I have to switch my system over to Win32 to verify for Windows. Seth - are your changes also in for Mac?
these changes are cross platform.

Verified this on Win32, 1999_05_03_08 build. News is not implemented for Mac yet. Also, the current Mac builds have a problem with the mail application freezing up. Will wait until News is implemented on Mac before marking this bug verified.

The demo menu is gone now anyway.
