Happens in: MacOS 10-30-09, Linux 10-29-09, NT 10-29-16.
Reason for Severity: HTML Compliance issue.
Reproducible: 100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up testcase below
2. Look at option
Actual Results: Chocolate is selected
Expected Results: Option menu should jump to next possible option and essentially
ignore Chocolate.
Plat/OS to ALL.
OS: Mac System 9.x → All
Hardware: Macintosh → All

This is fixed in my patch for bug 34297. Setting dependency.
It's not so much an issue of it not being disabled; it *is* disabled and you
can't click on it in the UI after you've clicked something else. The issue is
that the browser shouldn't automatically select the option if it's disabled.
