I tried this with M5 on both:
Win98, 800x600, full colour, apprunner&viewer
FreeBSD 4-CURRENT i386, latest XFree, 1024x768 full colour
If you want to see the problem, go to said page. Wait until its completely loaded (all image links are broken). Now you see three tables in the center of the page, each has 3 cells. Move your mouse over a table and you will see it resize (middle cell smaller, right cell larger). It occurs on both FreeBSD and Win98 with both viewer and apprunner (doh) which leads me to suspect that it affects all platforms. The current window size does not affect this behaviour.
I can help with stacktraces on the FreeBSD machine. Just drop me a note. I cannot guarantee that the machine will have the same config though...

I can't see the problem on my WinNT debug build. ChrisD, please verify on
Win98.
I just tested on the Win98 machine that originally showed the bug. Problem is fixed in build 1999051808 and therefore I'm marking this one closed.

Unable to verify fix; however customer agrees it is fixed so will leave
bug as is - closed (bug makes mention of a mouseover function but cannot see the
code in the document).
C'mon guys, I'm not a customer, I'm a programmer, here to help as
much as I can ;-)
I'm sorry if my description wasn't clear enough. Indeed there is no
mouseover *function* in the document. But if you loaded the document
in M5 and moved your mouse over the tables, they'd resize. This has
been fixed somewhere between build:M5 and build:1999051808.

Sorry if I stated something incorrectly. I am the QA contact and it is my
responsibility to verify bugs once the engineers have fixed them. Since this was
your bug and you deem it fixed, that is good enough. Thanks for the tip on the
mouse over.
By the way, we are VERY glad you are here to help.
