If you visit the homepage of my university, using i386 Red Hat Linux 6.0, CVS
Mozilla, freshly built with EGCS 1.1.2 (Build ID: 1999050422) and the same other
stuff I have been reporting for about the 4th time now, you'll notice that the
flow of text around the Chico seal is not correct. Netscape 4.51 seems to
render it correctly.
This is actually an alignment bug. If you load the page once, it's odd, but the
second time is pretty good, except stuff overlaps. Nisheeth, this may be a good
one to get your feet wet.

This bug can be difficult to reproduce. I have found that the only way to
reliably reproduce it is to reload viewer from scratch.

Re-visiting this page again here with a CVS build from June 20, it seems to
behave correctly, apart from excessive redraw problems which are well known and
documented in other bugs (particularly bug 3839, I believe). And since Kipp is
on sabbatical leave until the end of the summer, I vote that we try to help him
out a little and mark this fixed. Someone want to verify?
