build id: 1999051008 platform: windows NT to reproduce: load this page in apprunner. while resizing the window, keep your eye on the Version and Component lists. these both have a SIZE specified for the SELECT tag - if a SIZE is specified the contents flicker badly when the window is resized. expected result: no flickering.

This is a native widget problem. They aren't synched up that well. This will go away when we go to GFX rendered widgets. Moving to M14

With the Sept 23rd build, I not seeing this problem whe resizing the window.
