The page at http://www.eage.nl/student is composed of four frames. The upper left frame contains a background image and an image that fits inside the graphical element shown in the background. However, to be really displayed inside it, the image has to be positioned in the upper left corner of its frame and unfortunately it is not but comes with an offset to the right and down. This results in an ugly mismatch of overlay image and background. Compare with IE and NS browsers.

THis may be kipps (margin-type bug), but take a look.

The only problem I see here is that the lower left frame is displaying the content of another frame (varies which other). This is similar to things that happen in Apprunner all the time.
I spun off bug 8071 on the messy frame issue.
