in the m5 mail if you move the mouse over the seperator and move the mouse slowly it drags the bar even if you don't click

I'm assuming you're talking about the frame splitter? Anyway, I can't reproduce this on NT at the moment. Does this happen on 3pane mail as well? I'm not sure if this is would be an XPFE or layout problem, so I'll start with XPFE. Reassigning to trudelle.

Using 1999052408 on Win32/NT4, Linux and Mac. Unable to reproduce the problem so marking Verified since it works for me.
