using 5/11 build of apprunner. The following functionality needs to be implemented for editor optimization for speed and debugging

Target Milestone: M10
IME work is being done by Tague now. We will be writing support methods to help enable this feature. When the design and requirement documents for IME are compeleted, we will add a series of subtasks to the schedule to cover Editor related work.
