using 5/11 build of apprunner. The following functionality needs to be implemented for editor Insert HTML Paste HTML

The code for this is basically written, but clipboard is currently broken so we're waiting on 10325 before this can be tested and pronounced done.

Okay, the paste bug seems to be mostly fixed and paste html should be working now, as well as insert html. Go ahead and test it! Note, the <#text> that gets inserted at the beginning of every html insertion is already logged as a bug, 7933, assigned to Vidur. Please overlook that specific problem, but do file bugs on other problems you find with html insertion.
