using 5/11 build of apprunner. The following functionality needs to be implemented for editor Insert Target Insert Table Insert HRule

Target Milestone: M7
This should actually be broken out into Insert Target, Image, Link, Table, Rule which is largely owned by Charley Manske and Akkana.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
Do we really need bugs filed at this much granularity when they are known items on the schedule? I'm happy with one "bug" for all three, as Sujay has done.
Target Milestone: M7 → M8
HRule is done. Still working on Target and Table -- will finish in M8

Insert Named Anchor is finished. Insert Table is last major element to finish.

Simple insert table dialog is implemented. You can set number of rows and columns. I need to be inserting a   into the new empty cells. There's a separate bug on that issue.
