M5 does not recognize the <P> before the first image on this page. It will not display the first <P> in the following: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML> <HEAD> <TITLE>Test</TITLE> </HEAD> <BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF"> I started drawing and painting when I was very young, but only recently got interested in illustration techniques after taking a class with Francis Faucet and Benta King at Cornell. Now my favorite medium is scratch board or clay board (pressed chalk or clay with a black ink surface that you can scratch into and repaint with ink.) I love to draw animals, birds, insects and plants, combining acuracy with creativity. Someday I would like to illustrate a children's book or natural history guide... <P> <CENTER> <FONT COLOR="#999966"><IMG SRC="graphics/birdpic.jpg" WIDTH=200 HEIGHT=283 ALT="" BORDER="1"></FONT> <P> <FONT COLOR="#999966"><IMG SRC="graphics/wakingup.jpg" WIDTH=180 HEIGHT=366 ALT="" BORDER="1"></FONT> </CENTER> </BODY> </HTML>
