Whenever applicable, please convert HTML file to XUL file so we can externalize localizable resources. Also, refer to the "XUL Coding Style Guidelines" in the URL above for how to make XUL localizable. Thanks!

have fix. Needed to add window.title to internationalization.
i got that one to The title does not show up and i decided at the last minute to add the title to files even though it does not make any difference visually for the browser.
