Javascript popup window doesn't appear

Details
When I click on a link that invokes a javascript popup window, the browser
doesn't display the new window.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch apprunner.exe
2. Go to the URL listed above. This will run HomeScout's search and return a
bunch of listings. Most of them will have a link "Mortgage Payment" associated
with them.
3. Click on a "Mortgage Payment" link.
With Navigator 4.5, one gets a second window that contains the monthly payment
calculator. With Mozilla, there's no visible effect of clicking the link except
in the DOS shell window which launched apprunner.
