build id: 1999051708 platform: windows nt to reproduce: go to a page in the browser. when it has finished loading, click into the location: control. press enter to reload the page. do this a few more times. then, click the back button. result: you see the page you reloaded instead of the page you viewed prior to entering the current URL. expected result: the browser ignores the reloads of the same page and goes back to the most recently viewed different page.
