using 5/18 build of apprunner on windows. 1) launch apprunner and editor from task menu 2) insert cursor anywhere 3) now click in a different location in the document notice the old caret is still stuck and the new caret location is left blinking. There are now 2 carets/cursors showing on the page. do it again, add a 3rd cursor...same thing.. this is a regression...wasn't a problem before...only happens on Windows.. fine on Linux

This is a cosmetic problem, and is seen on Mac too. I'll take a look.
