Splitting item 2 from http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6605 into a separate bug: In the mailnews window and the browser sidebar, when the toplevel window is resized after resizing any frame(s), all the frames forget that they were resized and go back to their original size.
