Details
Gfx-rendered form elements do not render differently when they have focus.
1). Select gfx-rendering in viewer
2) Trying tabbing between gfx-rendered form elements.
There isn't any visual indication of the focus changing.

Reassigned to Ramiro to take care of the Linux part.
Maybe the rendering of focus and blur is broken, or maybe tabbing between
elements doesn't work...
Reassign to pavlov.
pav: this seems to mostly work. Eric Pollmann knows alot about this if you need
help. Also, I think it works for things that arent widgets, but breaks for
widgets. Like scrolling lists. So, when Eric Vaughan exorcises widgets from
the view manager, this will probably just start working.

I'll take a look. Last time I tried, tabbing worked, but the order in which
elements were visited was wrong.
