A JS window.open call requesting a window be opened missing chrome features which are specified as widgets in navigator.xul (toolbars, location bar, status bar (but not menubar, see bug 6807) works, but not immediately. The window is first drawn with the hidden chrome visible. It becomes invisible after a moment.

I am not seeing this happen in apprunner build 1999070908 for MacOS, Win95 or Linux6. Marking Verified.
