build id: 1999052008 platform: windows nt this bug has to do with the formatting pane of the prefs ui. typos: for "text(may" read "text (may" for "anyway(some" read "anyway ( some" for "HTML(uses" read "HTML (uses" Finally, if there is NOT a period at the end of the final sentence (I can't tell due to other bugs in the prefs UI), please add one. (There isn't one there in legacy browsers, but there should be.)

All of these problems have been fixed & I'm marking this bug as verified. (However, this pane is horked in the 1999111016 M11 build - the bgcolor is wrong, the text runs on off out of the window, etc.)
Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI component will be deleted.
