Reopening as new problems have crept in (August 15, 1999 build of apprunner under NT). The phrase 'Set general preferences for the authoring Web pages' is not standard English. Please fix that (for example, you could insert an 'of' between 'authoring' and 'Web') or rewrite it. Additionally, there is breakage in the thin grey line that outlines the Author Name section.

Not fixed. 1999090908 build, NT. It currently reads "Set general preferences for authoring Web of pages" - not sure what that should read. Additionally, prefs seem to be completely wrong here. Currently, there are only prefs for default page colors and not much else - this isn't the right place for those, right?

Just checked in fix. Those prefs are trimmed down now so they are correct
