build id: 1999052008 platform: windows nt this has to do with the Smart Update pane in the prefs ui. typo: "click the uninstall button" should read "click the Uninstall button".

Fixed in the 1999082016 (M9) build, although the color scheme of this part of the prefs doesn't match other prefs. Marking verified fixed.
Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI component will be deleted.
