Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.6C-CCK-MCD EMS-1.4 [en] (X11; I; SunOS 5.7 sun4u)
BuildID: Mozilla 0.7
Mozilla always reload the page on save.
So if the document is not cacheable you can save another page that you
have on the screen. For example you buy something on the web and when you want
to save the bill in fact your file contains something like "your shopping bag is
empty"
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load a page, for example www.yahoo.com
2. save on file
Actual Results: Mozilla reconnect to yahoo
Expected Results: Mozilla doesn't need to reconnect to yahoo, even for non
cacheable page.
reporter: we have more than enough bugs on this subject, please find the best
fit and resolve this as a dupe; thank you. This is a good learning exercise.

One way to find a good bug to dupe this against is to search for "refetch" at
http://www.ags.uni-sb.de/~afranke/mozilla/quicksearch.html
Marking dup of bug 40867 "Need means to reuse/reload current page without
refetching from server"
May i add that this wasn't all that easy to find. The older "fixed" bug 39957 -
"'Save as...' not fetching from cache", isn't really 100% fixed. For discussion
and other related bugs, see comments in bug 40867.
