The profile wizard should be storing the profile directory in the windows registry as it did in the 4.x codebase (See ns/cmd/winfe/profile.cpp) - In the current implementation, it puts the profile directory relative to the executable, which is wrong. With that scheme, developers loose their profile directory every time they clobber, and it's impossible to share one profile across build trees.
