They fail to define install a CID that they need. This broke when Hyatt landed
all the event queue stuff. My bad for not testing these out after that
happened.
Chris: I'd like to get these tests operational for M6.

To verify, just run these test programs.
i pulled a tree at at 12:09 on Jun 16, 1999 and built it.
both rdf and rdfpoll work fine on RedHat linux 5.2
i don't have the facility to build on other platforms, but i'm marking this
verified anyway. if they don't run on NT, please reopen.
