build id: 1999052308 (win32), 1999052208 (mac os) to reproduce: select open from the file menu. result: a very large window is drawn and then immediately resized or replaced by an almost correctly sized window (which is perhaps a bit too big, but that's a matter of taste). expected result: when the file | open dialog is drawn, it should be done once, at the right size, and without visible resizing.
