Summary: creation of a unique subkey in registry doesn't work → Need creation of a unique subkey in registry
Since filenames cannot be used a registry keys (for several reasons) we need
easy creation of semi-anonymous keys to which we can attach filenames as entry
data.
blocker bug for getting a SeaMonkey install going.
Setting priority to P1 for M8

No, I don't know that this is broken on the Mac. There was a build problem when
I checked in, but that is now fixed.
Build 1999-11-08-09-M11(WIN), 1999-11-08-08-M11(MAC), 1999-11-08-08-M11(LINUX)
