Solaris sparc nightly build 1999-05-21-08 has rendering problems when the content is scrolled using the up-/down-keys. Seems that single lines are rendered twice, once at the old position, once at the new position which causes that each line of content is rendered twice, e.g. instead of xxxxx yyyyy zzzzz the rendering looks similar like this xxxxx xxxxx yyyyy yyyyy zzzzz Resizing of the window fixes the problem, except that input field are not at the right position.. Tested on a SunOS puck 5.7 Generic_106541-03 Ultra5 box.

*** Bug 8828 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Bug 8828 documents a similar flaw by the M7 Linux build.
This is also the case for me (I'm now running M8 on Linux). It's really annoying, and certainly a 'major' bug. Scrolling with the mouse works fine, however.
Cursor key scrolling was fixed in M9, I believe. If not, ramiro will know which bug dups this.
fixed a long time ago.
