There are 2 nsAppRunner.cpp files in the tree, this is just plain bad style and confusing. We should remove or rename one of these files.

One of these is my creation so I'm reassigning this bug to me.

Deferring action till M8 (and reducing severity).
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
Which file needs to go away? I can take a look.
