Originally, we had "Related Links" alongside "Bookmarks" but that's changed...
so they've fallen out of M6.

"Related Links" needs to have a home in the UI.  This is a placeholder bug to
ensure that they reappear.

Waterson FIXED this for today's build.  It's back replacing the old bookmarks
panel.
