Details
The layers or frames on bahnhof page gets painted twice.
After a reflow it doesn't clear the background right so the page looks double (no i haven't been drinking :D).
Appears in both apprunner and viewer.
Some kinda thing like that happens on http://www.sandhamn.com too when the page is reloaded, mysterious "dup" paints clobbers the drawing area.
(and when is someone gonna make mozilla recognize win98 instead of 95? :))

Guys, don't assume that there are layers because the bug report descriptions
says there are. If there's a problem with this page, it's probably frame
related. Please do at least a minimum of triage.

With the June 30th Builds.(Mac, Win 95, Linux), I dont see the problem that is
described.

I tried this using the July 2nd viewer build on NT. This problem seems to have
been fixed by recent checkins. Marking worksforme.

I can reproduce the problem described in the July 09th build under WIN 98.
Marking verified works for me.
