Prior to a beta release, chg URL for Mail Start Page to point to Netcenter Just a placeholder bug. Right now, the Mail Start Page URL goes to the prefs-info.html file to let users know how to set up mail (which is a great idea to get people started to use mail). Prior to a beta release, we need to change the URL back to Netcenter in case someone is tracking page view statistics.

Update: in the 6/24 build (Win32 only), the mail start page is blank. DOS window shows "start message pane with about:blank". Unable to try Linux due to another bug. Mac builds do not have this problem - shows the page that refers the person to the prefs html file.

I've changed the default start page to be "http://messenger.netscape.com/bookmark/4_5/messengerstart.html" This is a more realistic example of a start page.
