build id: 1999052517 platform: windows nt to reproduce: from the debug menu, load demo #15 (the IRS page that uses XML). click into the frame, and press page down a few times. results: it works fine. next, click the Contents button to toggle the table of contents. after you do this, the page up and page down keys no longer function as expected, even after clicking into the correct frame.
Works fine for me on WINNT with a build from today.
