Does not satisfy the 80/20 rule. Since most of our target customers (small/medium ISP) generally do not modify the license.txt, we should consider not exposing this in the CCK wizard. The end user will have instructions on how to add a new or modified license.txt as well as guidelines on what can be modified in the license.txt in the CCK administrator guide.

Note that this was never a requirement in the CCK PRD.

Accepting and setting to target milestone M8. Requires removing this UI from the Customizing the Browser-Part Three screen. I will remove the license agreement path from the customize_page3.ini file. I'm assuming we want to preserve the Start Menu Program Folder setting on this screen that allows CCK user to display icon for License Agreement in Start Menu.

Let's keep the Start menu icon for the license.txt file.

Reality check. Major work on CCK won't happen until profile manager is done. Moving these to M10 as a group. Feel free to bring them in if possible :-)

Fixed customize_page3.ini and checked in to mozilla. Also fixed related bug 6560.
