build id: 1999052517 platform: windows 98 to reproduce: - go to the above url. you should see a page with plain text that tells you to click here if you browser doesn't support the refresh tag - when the page automatically goes to the "real" page, the contents of the first page are drawn twice, once in each frame that the "real" page will occupy it's a cosmetic problem only.
