This is just a place holder bug report for the removal of the static
kISupportsIID from the default QueryInterface ..
I've compiled my pathces on Linux and they worked.
Tague, could you try on Mac?
If warren or dp would like to try it on Windows, that would be great, and then
I'll check it in and watch tinderbox.

I will start a build on windows tonight with your patch. Will let you know
tomorrow.
looks fine on the Mac with both patches. built it and ran through some of the
verification tests.
