Details
Go to the above page and scroll up and down a bit. The form controls in the
section titled "Quick Vote" and "City In Space" seem to lose their place down in
the middle of the page and get stuck up at the top of the page. This leaves
holes down the page where these controls are supposed to be.
Patrick -- I can't tell if this is a form bug or a rendering/view bug.
Please take a look - and if it turns out to be forms, reassign to Karnaze.

I can't duplicate this on Mac OS, reassigning to ramiro since it is reported as
a Linux bug.
