Details

While the installer is exploding XPI modules and installing files, it does not respond to user events at all. This is very disconcerting, because it locks me out of my machine for a minute or do, and, if I clicked around during this time, makes it look like my clicking aborted the install (since the installer silently quits at the end of the install process). So we need to 1. Be more responsive during installation 2. Put up a dialog saying that the installation finished OK.
