Details

When a new window is opened by any process, the toolbar state is not the same as the previous one was. Whether it is opening the browser for the first time or just opening a new window, the toolbars are reset to their default it seems.
When using the Refresh item on the context menus on the toolbars, three new toolbars are generated, bringing the total to six, with no way to get rid of them other then collapsing them.
