To see this, Launch apprunner and visit home.netscape.com/zh/cn or others in the URL field above under localized JA Mac OS. ==> Underlines below each link is abnormally extended to the right. Observed on MacOS 8.5.1J with 6/9 M7 bld. Doesn't happen under US System w/JLK.
Although I found this problem, probably I am not the right person to own this. Reassigning to bobj@netscape.com. One question, when did this problem started?
