(Whiteboard: moving to m8?)
using 6/11 build of apprunner on all platforms:
1) launch apprunner
2) Pull-down Task Menu | Window 1-3
Nothing happens...not wired up yet.
Summary: Task Menu | Window 1-3 items do not work → [FEATURE} Tasks|window list menu command hookup
Sumbling bloc is the inability to pass a nsIDOMWindow from C++ across an XPIDL
routine. Still investigating why this is happening.
Found problem of including wrong nsIDOMWindow file. Now have to figure out why
windows don't come to the front when they are given focus

Checked in. A couple of things 1) works fine on Linux. 2) on the mac menus don't
update since it doesn't have dynamic menus. 3) on windows the menus names are
always ??? for some reason. I will file a bug about it to investigate

on windows, the window 1-3 is not in the menu list -- is removing the options
