I fixed all the bugs except the dubious bug of the default margins for DIV. We have default margins for DIV to be backwards compatible with nav4.

Using the Sep 20 build, I still have a white vertical stripe on the right side. There are no DIV elements involved. I suspect it comes from allocating space for the vertical scrollbar even when a scrollbar isn't shown. Things look ok when the scrollbar is there.
Hakon - have you tried using the most recent builds? We're now publishing nightly builds on ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/newlayout/ - they are debug only for the time being.

The current layout is accurate and conforms to the CSS2 spec.
